A useful setup starts with who needs to talk to whom. Map field teams, coordinators, and supporting personnel before creating users and channels. Decide who will administer the tenant and how access changes between deployments.

Zello offers free Zello Work cloud access to qualifying first responder organizations through its own program. Zello reviews applications and determines eligibility. Start with Zello's first-responder program details and application information.
Chris DRT's consulting, configuration, training, and integration work are separately scoped paid services. Program eligibility does not make those services free, and you can apply to Zello directly.
Plan and test radio integration.
Radio-to-Zello connections depend on the radios, interface, gateway, and network involved. An assessment should cover audio levels, push-to-talk behavior, channel routing, and the conditions in which the connection will be used. For a cloud deployment, include data connectivity and fallback procedures in your communications plan. Review the proposed setup with your communications lead and test it before operational use.
Can you help an existing Zello Work network?
Yes. A remote consultation can review channel organization, device onboarding, administrator handover, or a specific integration problem. The scope and cost are agreed before implementation.
